Our Story

A Korean martial arts tradition rooted in Colorado since 1968.

The Philosophy

Here at WTC, we follow the philosophy of the World Taekwondo Federation, founded in 1973. In our daily classes, we teach a balance of forms, sparring, technique and character development. Master Marcelo encourages multi-level training, meaning all students, from white belt to black belt, train together during class time.

Tae Kwon Do develops and combines physical and mental abilities. Our training encompasses both the mental disciplines — self control, confidence, discipline, perseverance, indomitable spirit, integrity and direction — and the physical arts of self defence, Olympic sport training, exercise, flexibility, competitiveness, weight control and coordination.
